They are now being made with adjustable, elastic straps that have a cute, silver charm so they can be warn at every birthday party in the future! A knot can be made at the bottom of the elastic bands to keep the charm from sliding off if there is concern of a choking hazard, or the charm can be easily removed and a knot in its place after measuring the head of the wearer.
